Only low score was for eco-friendliness because we have no idea about their environmental considerations, and we were regularly served plastic straws wrapped individually in more plastic, and with Crete being windy the straws and wrappers were flying littering everywhere.”

”Elounda beach ja palace hotellit ovat samaa ja puolin ja toisin voi käyttää
Palveluita. Nyt olimme beach puolella, joka on se ”fiinimpi”. 5 hengen perheeenä olimme 2 huoneen yhdistelmässä, joka toimi mukavasti. Tosin huoneet olivat hieman vanhentuneet ja osa asioista ei ollut ihan kunnossa. Siisteydessä toivoisi hieman myös tarkkuutta. Suurin syy miksi olimme nyt toista vuotta putkeen on ravintolat ja palvelu. Useampi vaihtoehto aina fine dinigista kreikkalaiseen tavernaan. Ruoka todella hyvää...
”Having just spent a week with my daughter at this amazing hotel, we cannot praise it enough. Everything was perfect. We were welcomed with a glass of champagne and a room upgrade, and the rest of the stay followed suit. Couldn’t fault the facilities and everything was immaculately clean.
