”Bed super uncomfortable. The hotel failed in the one thing most important. You could feel the springs pointing up inside the mattress. I've had way better mattress in a 4€ hostel bed. Didn't sleep much. Even the receptionist was nice when we arrived I have to give one star for service since the one that was working when we went down and complained did nothing to try to help us. We asked to be moved to another room but then we would have to pay again!? They didn't even give us extra blankets to...

"The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was good, but for a five-star hotel, we expected a bit more — especially fresh fruit and freshly squeezed orange juice.
Our room was on the fifth floor, just below the rooftop terrace on the sixth floor, which stayed open until 1:00 AM. Unfortunately, the noise from upstairs carried into our room quite clearly, and it sounded like furniture was being moved around constantly. Thankfully, we had earplugs, which helped us get some sleep since we had an early start the next morning.
The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the hotel's common areas were luxurious and beautifully designed. However, the room itself could use a bit of a refresh, especially when it comes to surface finishes.
The location is excellent — within walking distance of the main attractions, shops, and restaurants."
