Solo female traveler. I felt safe and very comfortable. The front desk called me about a hour after I checked in to see if I needed anything. Only things I noticed were that the lobby smelled gross and I think a couple of friends showed up to party there but I didn’t hear anything in my room. I left ...

No Heat in the room. I guess there is a hide switch they said I should have called the front desk at 3:00 AM in the morning. The room was not ready for guest... it's not up to me to turn the heat controller
