”Had booked a 2queen bed room. What the hotel gave me was a one queen bed with a couch. The placement of the had it between a wall and an end table. There was a wall air conditioner in front of the couch. We couldn’t open it. I had to move the end table to a different part of the room and pull the couch next to the bed. This was not what I wanted to be doing at midnight.”

”I stayed at this Marriott for 12 days. On the mirror in the bathroom it states “Every other day refresh, every 7 days full service”. Once someone came in to empty trash and clean towels, that was my sixth day at the hotel. I asked if he was going to clean my room, he referred me to the housekeeping manager. When I saw the housekeeping manager and explained my situation I quote” I don’t know I didn’t work yesterday “. Really this is the response from a manager? The proper answer would be to a...

”My complaint is that I had called 2 weeks ahead of our arrival date to request that we have our 2 rooms adjoined because we had a group of kids for a birthday trip. I was told that was no problem. When we checked in, our rooms were on different floors! Not even close to eachother! When I explained I was supposed to have adjoining rooms, we were told that they can't guarantee that. Kinda put a damper on our birthday trip and I most likely would have booked elsewhere had I been told from the...

”Checking in was a long process wait. The room was clean. At midnight the smoke detector battery went and kept me and my elderly mom up. The front desk man pulled it out of the ceiling. I went to put on the heat and it smelled of smoke, My mom and I decided it would not be safe for us to stay in the room without a working smoke detector. Outside my window was a pack of cigarettes and a plant. Anyone could of started a fire and without a working smoke detector could be very bad.”

”Stayed a full week: Staff was inattentive, and most could not speak English. Desk and housekeeping buttons on phone keypad did not work, so always had to walk downstairs. Housekeeping once removed all dirty towels and forgot to leave any clean ones (returned late at night to find zero towels). Never replaced any soap or shampoo (always had to go ask for it). Reading light was out and reported it on the first day, second day, third day...but never got fixed. Coffee maker in room still had an old...

”I am really upset with the condition the pool and hot tub were.. I had a bad day at work. I hurt my back so I looked around for a hotel with a hot tub. I called to confirm the hot tub was open. Unfortunately when we arrived the pool and hot tub were disgusting. There were floating dead bugs in the hot tub.”

”All the staff we interacted with were great! We were a late arrival and even in the wee hours we received a pleasant welcome.
The room had a newly re-done bathroom that looked good but so little water came from the shower that it was hard to get rinsed.
The carpet in our room was torn and dirty.
The continental breakfast was available, but very basic.
Parking was adequate.”
