”Avoid this Hyatt during holiday weekends. The hotel management was a complete disaster and this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The official check-in time is 4:00 PM. We arrived at 4:10 PM, but it took nearly two hours before we got our room keys. Traffic in front of the hotel was completely backed up. Our car sat in line for about an hour just to reach valet parking. The valet operation was clearly understaffed and unable to handle the number of arriving guests. After finally...

”The staff, room and the location was awesome!!”

”The staff was nice, but their availability was limited it seemed. My family stayed six nights, but every time I wanted/needed fresh towels I had to ask. The last tome I asked for towels we never received them. We were left reusing towels from night before. Granted, I was told upfront no one would clean the room till we left. We were left with overflowing trash cans and a pile of towels on the bathroom floor. I could see this being ok for a person only staying a few days but someone staying...

”This location was wonderful, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The only downfall is it's in downtown where people are partying and playing loud music which we could hear. The people at the front desk and the lady in the breakfast area were great, very friendly and helpful. However it seemed like the lady the 2nd day at the front desk was not happy about being there, and didn't like to use words. The manager said she would take care of it.”

”Great room at the top of property with all amenities you need”

”It was extremely close to the venue we were attending. There were restaurants, Voodoo donut shop, pizza and ice cream all within a block or two. What I don't like is the parking. No one should have to pay $50+ to parking for 1 night. That is extremely ridiculous. SA Texas is not New York. Coming from the Ground floor, there's no signs telling you where the lobby is. Very confusing. Why do you have to ask for shower mat? The shower floor was dirty. The color on the television was blue.”
