Hello Dear Guest ,Thank you for your feedback,your reservation is for standart room , bed choosing depends on availibility.The day after your check ın date we would be able to change your room with double bed but I guess because of short stay you didnt ask to reception .By the way Hotel management has already bought new double matrasses .From now on, it will be easier to provide double bed requests

Hello Dear Guest,Your feedback is important for us.We looked your booking type and ıt is standart room type.First night you stayed 212 this is also standart room as we informed by pictures. After your request you were served number 402.Both of them are standart room.After changing your room we informed and remind again all new restaurant staff about restaurant discount % 10.We changed aircondition and repaired other technical problems.Best regards
