”Clean room, quiet environment”

”Room, amenities and breakfast are typical of your basic, mid-level Marriott property. Ask for a room on the side furthest away from Garfield Street if you hope to get any sleep. Hotel did a poor job communicating that housekeeping is only provided on request or every third day. No mention of it at check-in or anywhere in the room. With four or five comparable hotels at a similar price point available nearby, I’ll try somewhere else next time.”

”Upon arrival, we were given a room where the exhaust ventilation system was located and was loud and noisy sounding like a generator when it rattled. We couldn't sleep. We then requested a different room the next day and that room was a lot better.”

”It's right on I-5, but it's kind of odd to get to, and back on the freeway, so thank God for navigation. When it's busy, you may have a hard time parking near the doors to your area. Other than Elmer's, next door (which is great!), or Fred Meyer, around the corner, there is nothing close. No convenience stores, food, or much of anything else. ”We arrived late but the reception was still open and we ckecked in. We went looking for something to eat and in the meantime the reception had been closed. We opened the bed and found several dark hair on the bed. Also we found a credit card of another person the floor. In other words the room had not been cleaned up. ”The staff was friendly and helpful. The room itself was clean and comfortable. But the tiny complementary bottle of lotion had been used and half gone. The shampoo and conditioner dispensers were dirty and slimy. A friend was in the next room and said they didn't even get any lotion and their shampoo dispenser was completely out of shampoo. ”The rooms were decent since it is new. You cannot use the microwave in the room and there is not a coffee maker in the room. When my fiancé went down and asked for a box of tissues, the counter person literally said, “We don’t charge enough to supply tissues”.”
