”Gloria and Cecil were such gracious and responsive hosts. The property is beautiful and very well maintained. Breakfast surpassed our expectations. It was a very romantic experience. Would definitely book again next time I visit the area. Price of overnight stay was very reasonable.”

”Not quite sure how to review this property. It is advertised on Expedia as having a hot tub and that is why we booked it. When we couldn’t find the hot tub, we asked at the front desk and they said, “no hot tub but the pool is heated”. It was a very cold heated pool in my opinion… Other than that huge disappointment, it was very clean, great staff, good breakfast. I would absolutely stay there again for the other amenities. It’s just hard when you book it based on one amenity that was...

”I will neber use Expedia or this particular hilton again. I paid in advance for 4 nights for a business trip. Had an issue come up at work I CALLED the hotel direct and the Hilton told me if I dod not check in by midnight they were canceling my entire reservation (already paid for) and I would lose the money had have to create a new reservation with them. Spent 2 hours on the phone with expeda who DIRECTLY CALLED THE HOTEL told them it not to cancel the reservation that is was already paid for....

”We had a basic room with with a king bed and mini fridge. The check in/check out were a breeze, and the staff was friendly! I gave it a good rating for location and price as well. A basic hotel that is Close to downtown with many food choices. Also fairly close to Jacksonville which is where we were going for music. If your expectations are not high, the price is definitely fair! I would stay here again.”

”We drove up to the property and had some concerns. It was close to the interstate highway and downtown Medford. Some homeless people drifted by. When we checked it, we were greeted by cheerful staff. All went smoothly. We had some trepidation about how the room was going to look. Surprisingly, it was modern, spotless, unworn, and had all we needed for a relaxing overnight stay. We were pleasantly surprised and happy with our stay!”

”We arrived late but the reception was still open and we ckecked in. We went looking for something to eat and in the meantime the reception had been closed. We opened the bed and found several dark hair on the bed. Also we found a credit card of another person the floor. In other words the room had not been cleaned up. It was disgusting and we changed to another hotel around 11 pm. We had been driving all day so we didn’t feel like starting to argue with non-existent receptionist.We had booked...
