”ALL the staff are very professional and kind, especially the lady who works in the breakfast area in the morning. The property is very clean and in great condition, and is very well managed. Great breakfast. Thank you very much for making us feel at home during our one night stay.”

”Lounge and restaurant/breakfast area are next to each other and had lots of minors (kids) running around through all areas creating a less than relaxing atmosphere. Rooms were nice though.”

”Everything was great. But if you plan to use the shuttle from the airport call before you book to find out what hours the shuttle is in service. Our plane was delayed and when we called the number on the website after landing we initially reached the call center and were told there was no shuttle service even though the website says the hotel provides airport shuttle service, I was transferred to the hotel and at first was told the shuttle was not available then they said they would pick us up...

”We really appreciated the quick and helpful staff with a last minute reservation on our part.”

”They let homeless sleep in cars and when we told them and they didn’t care! Told me she had been here for a long time they let her come get breakfast in all! They are by a veterans park and lots of homeless hang out there also. The walls in the hallway and Elevator are dirty and pool doors were propped open didn’t make me feel comfortable. The staff wasn’t super friendly. The shower water pressure sucked also.”

”The hotel was average. The rooms were quite dated. Noise from other guests could be heard through the walls easily. Decent breakfast. Friendly staff. Close to the highway with easy access for traveling. Overall the hotel is fine for a quick stop, but over priced for what is offered. ”

”Jacuzzi room was nice, but old”

”The room was clean, great space for two people. The bathroom was clean as well, we felt comfortable and got a good nights rest. We literally landed around 11pm, got our car rental, checked in, slept and left early the next day. We did eat their breakfast. The had eggs, sausage, waffle maker, apples, bagels, cereal. not too bad”

”The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff was great, especially the lady who took care of the breakfast area. She was on top of everything, and made sure to greet every guest with a warm smile. Give that hard working woman a raise!”
