”Great spacious house and garden. Very clean and well equipped. Be aware the nearest pub/cafe is a short walk down a busy A road.”

”What a beautiful cottage, perfect for our trip South and hosts couldn’t have been more helpful!”

”This is a lovely cottage and very cosy and warm. It's also near lots of attractions. It was very nice to be able to take my friend's dog who seemed to enjoy herself too. The main door was quite hard to lock and unlock as it's stiff but I broke my right wrist in August so that probably didn't help matters. The owners were very helpful. I would definitely recommend the cottage to others and I would certainly revisit myself.”

”The cottage was exceptionably clean and looked exactly as advertised. The views are fabulous as is the wildlife and surrounding area. The bed was very comfortable and the rooms are spacious. Loved the patio doors in the living area and having so many opening windows throughout. Great powerful shower too. The hosts, live on the working farm and are all lovely and friendly. It was lovely waking up to the sound of the dawn virus and the steep bleating. Would definitely recommend this...

”Wonderful stay in Kingham & host made sure that we had everything we needed. Well appointed and a great location for visiting the area.Had dinner at the Kingham Ploughman & The Farmer’s Dog (about30 min. away. Visited the Diddly Squat farm. Had a fabulous breakfast at The Porch in Stow on the Wold. Lovely villages all around!”

”I booked this property for a 3 generation family celebration. We were warmly welcomed and shown round on arrival. The property was clean and warm and the beds were very comfortable. All bedrooms but the twin were en suite and there was a family bathroom upstairs with a bath. An early problem with a travel cot was sorted quickly and efficiently. Location was great with many family friendly attractions close by. The communal room - kitchen/ dining/ living room - was small for a large group who...

”The studio was perfect for break away. It was well appointed, so clean and beautifully set up. We rented e-bikes in the area from All Cotswolds Bike Rental and they brought the bikes to us! It was a wonderful holiday!”

”We booked here for a weekend to attend a friend's wedding and had a wonderful stay. Finch Cottage is great - there is so much thoughtful attention to detail throughout the property. It has a well-stocked kitchen and Jilly had left delicious homemade marmalade and muesli which we were very grateful for, not to mention the bottles of wine and a local ale! The cottage itself is beautifully decorated and everything is really well considered. It has a lovely fireplace with more than ample wood...

”Really enjoyed our stay here. The host communicated well throughout. The barn is lovely and spacious with lots of space. The hosts had left little touches such as shower gel and shampoo etc which was lovely. My daughter loved being near the horses and the ladies in the stables next door were really friendly. Couple of niggles - having to walk around the property for the hot tub and cobwebs in windows, lamps and lampshades in bedrooms.”

”Spent a wonderful 3 nights at Alderley house with friends. House very well equipped, plenty of crockery , glasses etc. Very comfortable living room and lovely and warm . Bedrooms amazing, large and all en suite. Spotlessly clean throughout. Location very good , 10 -15 min walk to Bourton high street . Can recommend Birdland ! Hope to stay here again. Thank you Margaret for the goodies !!”

”A comfy well-equipped holiday home. The owners were very helpful. We were treated to a very substantial welcoming pack on arrival. Parking was easy directly outside the house on a quiet road. Easy access to war areas of the Coxwolds. The perfect home from home.”
