”The good: Room was clean and staff were wonderful. There is a large overflow parking lot with plenty of room to park. A back door opens right onto Interurban Trail. There is a cafe in the lobby with a limited selection of Starbucks drinks, sandwiches and your typical egg and bacon breakfast fare. The bad: One of the elevators was down during my stay and the other was doing overtime with a long wait while it stopped at several floors. ”Property location was probably the best thing about this hotel. The rooms were fairly dated. The seating was uncomfortable. I had to call maintenance to address the air conditioning, because it was not cooling properly. The breakfast was just okay, nothing special. There is construction ongoing, so everything was torn apart and just didn't look great. If you are staying in this area, I would shop around a bit before booking at this hotel. If I ever return to the Seattle area, I will be avoiding...

”The property could have been good, but when they list that they serve breakfast and all they have is hot water w/tea and coffee, and muffins that were previously frozen and INEDIBLE. The worst I’ve ever tried. Still doesn’t count as breakfast. I asked for a napkin and they said they didn’t have one. No paper towels in the kitchen, nor did they have any utensils. Then, they had maintenance coming in to attend to cleaning the a/c vents, however, couldn’t say when that was happening. Not crazy...

”My husband and I spent our wedding anniversary weekend here and it was exceptional! We stayed in the "Nicer" room - it was large, quiet, comfortable and we had a great view of the zen garden. The grounds are beautiful to walk around and we also took advantage of the complimentary bike rentals and went for a long ride down the Sammamish River Trail. ”The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Sadly the TV channels did not match my taste. Plenty of FOX stations but no CNN or MSNBC. Breakfast choices were good and plentiful. There is a bar with Trivia on Fridays and music on Saturday evenings. Overall in my opinion it is a good hotel. The room just needs to be updated.”
