âWe had a very comfortable stay in a very spacious and clean room. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Both the breakfasts and dinners were absolutely delicious and nothing was too much trouble.

âTwo adults stayed. Used both bedrooms. Very hot but able to open windows. Enjoyed the upstairs outside deck when we were there. Useful having washing machine.
Plenty of street parking, but tight spaces & donât rely on parking directly outside. Bathroom tiny but fit for purpose. Easy walk to beach front. Thank you â

âComfortable room with excellent tea making supplies - and a good sized mug each! The floor fan was useful as it was very warm. The hotel kindly allowed a later check out with a prompt and polite response to our request. Check in was efficient and simple. The evening meal was superb - great value and the pavlova! Wow! Chefâs kiss! All in all - a beautiful historic building and a really enjoyable stay. We will return I am sure. â

âLovely hosts and a very generous cooked breakfast with quality ingredients and big pot of tea plus lots of toast!
Room was very spacious and comfortable with a balcony for warmer weather - lovely views to the other side.
Decor is somewhat dated and bathroom could do with update but everything scrupulously clean, loads of hot water and everything very comfortable. Could not have asked for more.â
