”I loved the apartment - so nice. We didn't get to walk around the neighborhood but we did get to talk to one of the neighbors - she was great. She explained all about the parking rules in the neighborhood. It never occurred to us to ask. Due to a misunderstanding and a medical procedure that didn't go as smoothly as we had hoped, we could not climb stairs and needed to quickly get a room elsewhere.
