”Stayed for 5 nights. The air filter was absolutely polluted with dust, it looked like it hasn’t been changed in a year. Our son got an allergic reaction to the dust and had to take him to the ER during our stay. One of the beds did not have a comforter which we reported upon arrival. We were told for 3 straight days that it would be delivered and was not. It was finally delivered as we were checking out. I am a work traveler and have seen it all but the service and cleanliness were way below...

”I really wanted to like this place, it was in a very convenient location in Manhattan and was the best deal I found by far. The main disadvantage we had was that there was a problem with ants in the apartment. I would also say the apartment had some "character". I'm not sure it's for everyone, but if you want 4 beds with a kitchen your family can sit down in at the center of Manhattan (with all the noise associated with it), this place is for you.
