”We could not find location in dark and rain. Only given GPS info and no name of hotel or property. Once we arrived guard at guardhouse could not assist as we could not affirm name. When finally able to track down contact info for the vacation property company that listed the rental they had to share hotel front desk info and that’s when we learned name was Windrose On Hudson. Very stressful situation- enjoyed historical location. Great facility, not so great TV/streaming set-up… cable. ”

”The host communicated wonderfully from the time I booked until I checked out. The property was perfect for our needs and located in a beautiful part of town. The interior was spacious, and the patio was especially lovely—unfortunately, it was too cold for us to fully enjoy it. ”Although not "luxurious", the apartment was charming. It was clean, the windows were a real treat, and it was convenient to all we wanted to do. However, we stayed during the winter only to find the air conditioner on....we were freezing! There were multiple controllers available but no instructions for use. We finally connected with a maintenance man on the last day. Luckily we spent most of our days sightseeing. The code we were given for the outside door to enter the building never worked....
