”just came back from a 3 night stay here and we were all very impressed with the high standard of the property and its cleanliness. the owners go above and beyond to make you feel very welcome and we wanted for nothing. everything was thought of , lovely welcome basket and homemade cake too. thoroughly recommend and will definately return thanks for a lovely relaxing break”

”From the start Marie and her partner were welcoming hosts and showed us around, so easy to get along with ans friendly. She responded to messages promptly and the place was amazing! We had an incredible tine with the family and fluffy friends. Would 100% come back again. You are amazing, thank you so much!”

”Very accommodating for a group of 7 friends lovely location pool and hot tub went down well. Rooms were comfortable and clean kitchen and bathroom. Barbecue has a hole in it which can be used but replaceable aswell ”

”Lovely cottage and welcoming hosts, enjoyed our two night break but definitely wished we had booked in for longer! Eating breakfast each morning on the patio sharing with the guinea fowl and chickens was definitely a highlight, especially with the fresh eggs available!Sadly we didnt have time to have a go at fishing in the lake but we did enjoy some evening strolls around the land which were lovely.Wouldn't hesitate to stay again or recommend to friends visiting the area.”

”quite a spacious cottage and well laid out kitchen was equipped with enough for our needs, quiet and comfortable with enough secure garden for all to enjoy and not worry about the dogs wandering off, the camp site next door made us feel very welcome and they have a little shop with essentials in it, they also have a cafe open from 9:30-11:30 offering a good breakfast, doge are welcome too and well looked after also getting a doggie brekkie, with a warm friendly atmosphere ”

”We booked for the weekend with family members to celebrate a 70th birthday. On arrival, we were amazed at the beautiful house and were very impressed with the high spec furnishings and sizes of the rooms. The bedrooms were so spacious and the quality again was excellent with plenty of bathrooms for everyone. The hot tub was amazing and extremely clean as was the whole house. We all had an amazing stay and will certainly be booking again”

”Wat een heerlijk verblijf, alles was aanwezig. Aes even netjes, 4 slaapkamers, 3 badkamers. Buiten: bbq, bar, zitjes. Wanneer we weer richting Skegness gaan, staat deze op nummer 1 ”
