”Made a reservation for 2 nights for my dad. I called them around 9pm to let them know that he will be late for check in and won’t get there until midnight. The staff I spoke to on the phone was very rude and was telling me I need to update my card because there wasn’t enough money on it even though I clicked pay in property. Since he said “if the card doesn’t work, it’s just a piece of plastic” I transferred the whole amount to that card and also told them my dad would be paying with his card...

”Breakfast was good air and heat worked We had zero hot water all week Our refrigerator didn’t work and was replaced with another one that didn’t work Our toilet didn’t work either I tried to have a manager call me but they just don’t care. Just an awful experience. If I don’t get some sort of refund, I’ll never stay there again. In my review of the property will reflect the same.”

”One of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff was absolutely wonderful! Even though this hotel is off a busy road it was so quiet! I didn't even hear any of the traffic or other guests that were staying there. I am planning on staying here again in mid-February.”

”Chose this place mainly due to its location during a snow storm. The property needs major renovations and better cleaning standards. There was hair in the sink upon arrival and overall the room/property looked dirty and worn. ”
