”I liked the size of the place, and large parking lot and the fact that there were cameras there*. I liked the convenience of a restaurant downstairs with coffee. I liked that the front desk person helped me find the hotel, later in the night, when my GPS was taking me in literal circles and def the wrong exit. (That's a complaint of it's own--Google!)
I liked the staff responded when I complained about people.... (* See what I didn't like)
Because of the large houseless presence in the parking...

”I booked the room with "pay at hotel" but my card was charged before I even checked in. The elevator was pretty dated. The room seemed clean enough. I was extremely disappointed with the lack of staff late in the evening. We stayed on the second floor and there were guests being loud, slamming doors and running the halls well after midnight. I tried calling the front desk from the hotel phone and found out that there wasn't a phone jack/cord even connected to the phone. I can't couldn't even...

”The rooms definitely needed some maintenance. The roof in the bathroom was peeling, the wallpaper around the air conditioning unit was peeling, and the lamp in the room was stained. Not to mention the cookies were room temperature, not warm as usual. Probably won’t be booking again.”

”The room was big and clean.
The breakfast was ok but we missed some cheese. It was a bit difficult with the shuttle bus, because it did not leave at specific times, but you had to call the hotel. I called twice and waited a long time before they answered. Then they could not tell how long we had to wait. Anything up to some hours. When we finally got the bus after one hour everything worked well. According to the price we were quite happy with the hotel, but next time we probably choose a hotel...
