”Lovely staff as always. Chelsea is a gem. Well planned acessible room unlike some other hotels. Clean. Pleasant bar area. Loads of parking. Easy acess to motorway and good links with Birmingham. ”

”Breakfast selection was good but our group could not sit together, there were only 6 of us, as the staff were trying to close down a section of the restaurant for cleaning. We ended up on 3 separate tables, not very customer centric.”

The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome – a special mention to Holly, who was absolutely fantastic and made such a difference to our stay. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and really comfortable. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere with a great mix of character and comfort. We’ll definitely be coming back – highly recommended!”

”I cannot fault this hotel; excellent value for money, everywhere is very clean, comfortable spacious rooms, great buffet breakfast and every member of staff we’ve come into contact with has been extremely polite, friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend staying here. Park at the Millennium point car park - you can see the hotel from the car park so it’s just a couple of minutes stroll over the road. ”

”We received a lovely welcome and your Reception team (both day and night) were extremely helpful and courteous. Our room was adequate although with only lamps for lighting, it was a little dark. Maybe an improvement for the future. Breakfast was delicious and the staff in the breakfast room were very helpful and attentive. We would recommend your hotel and we will be back soon, thank you!”
