”This place was absolutely amazing - the room og bathroom nicely furnished and the staff kind and helpful.
But what makes it a amazing is the pool/spa area and the view around the hotel.
We would totally recommend staying here!”
”Un excellent moment dans un lieu atypique. La chambre était très confortable. Mention spéciale pour Arthur le barman qui nous a fait passer une très belle soirée et nous a servi d’excellents cocktails.”
”Rooms are very small, the sink was located outside the lavatory in the room. No hairdryer in the room. It was ok for one night though too expensive (73€/2 people) considering eg. the lack of air conditioning. Friendly service and free parking.”
”Wir waren nur eine Nacht im Hotel. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer für 4 Personen. Es war sehr sauber und geräumig. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Hauptbahnhof. Wir konnten vergünstigt im nahegelegenen Parkhaus parken und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erkunden. Das Hotelpersonal war super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wenn wir wieder nach Straßburg kommen sollen, werden wir wieder ins Hotel Tandem kommen. Vielen Dank für Alles ”
”I stayed for 4 nights doing day trips to wine towns. Hotel was close to station and town. Lobby bright and cheerful. Breakfast was sufficient. Room had good air-con and a comfy bed. It was a bit dim though.

”We stay regularly at this hotel but one matter remains the same every time. Fitness room equipment are always in some extent broken or malfunctioning.
This time cross-trainer worked in both visits few minutes before shutting down. Furthermore multifunctional weight device was partially broken.
In every visit I mention these matters but there is limited or no progress in relation to these. This is rather unacceptable for five star hotel. ”

”Extremely good customer service which made us feel extremely welcome. The location couldn’t have been any better if you think about all the ‘Grand Ile’, land marks or a tram stop. Also a walk from the railway station took only 10min.
A breakfast was really good but price (32€) is double the price other hotels provide so we had the breakfast mostly in other hotels. Thank

”The hotel was modern, super clean and rather quiet. The staff was friendly, helpful and could serve us very well in English. Short distance to tram stop, trams going every 5 minutes, and 10 minutes to the city centre. The two day-tickets for public transportation costed 4.90 € so it was extremely convenient!

"Hintaansa ja vaatimattomaan julkisivuunsa nähden positiivinen yllätys. Siistit ja rauhalliset huoneet, joista löytyi kaikki tarvittava ilmastoinnista lähtien, myös ihan ok aamiainen. Sijainti lähellä rautatieasemaa ja keskustaa. Vaikka hotelli on juna-aseman vieressä, ei sieltä kuulunut meteliä sijaan. "

Henkilökunta on mukavaa ja palveluhenkistä. Oma avainkorttini vikaantui ensin jokaisella käyttökerralla, mutta henkilökunta teki parhaansa tilanteessa.
Ravintola voisi olla parempi, baari on hyvä.
Spa on ok ja kuuluu huoneen hintaan, toisin kuin kilpailevassa spa-hotellissa, jonka sivulla asiasta ei edes kerrota."
