”I stayed for 4 nights doing day trips to wine towns. Hotel was close to station and town. Lobby bright and cheerful. Breakfast was sufficient. Room had good air-con and a comfy bed. It was a bit dim though.

”Extremely good customer service which made us feel extremely welcome. The location couldn’t have been any better if you think about all the ‘Grand Ile’, land marks or a tram stop. Also a walk from the railway station took only 10min.

”We stay regularly at this hotel but one matter remains the same every time. Fitness room equipment are always in some extent broken or malfunctioning.
This time cross-trainer worked in both visits few minutes before shutting down. Furthermore multifunctional weight device was partially broken.
In every visit I mention these matters but there is limited or no progress in relation to these. This is rather unacceptable for five star hotel. ”

"A fine hotel and what a scent they have there! Not suitable for those who are sensitive to fragrances, but we loved it. We walked first pass the hotel because it was hard to notice even if you were at the front door. We loved the decor of the hotel. The street was quite noisy sometimes. "
"Hintaansa ja vaatimattomaan julkisivuunsa nähden positiivinen yllätys. Siistit ja rauhalliset huoneet, joista löytyi kaikki tarvittava ilmastoinnista lähtien, myös ihan ok aamiainen. Sijainti lähellä rautatieasemaa ja keskustaa. Vaikka hotelli on juna-aseman vieressä, ei sieltä kuulunut meteliä sijaan. "

Henkilökunta on mukavaa ja palveluhenkistä. Oma avainkorttini vikaantui ensin jokaisella käyttökerralla, mutta henkilökunta teki parhaansa tilanteessa.
Ravintola voisi olla parempi, baari on hyvä.
Spa on ok ja kuuluu huoneen hintaan, toisin kuin kilpailevassa spa-hotellissa, jonka sivulla asiasta ei edes kerrota."
