”We stay regularly at this hotel but one matter remains the same every time. Fitness room equipment are always in some extent broken or malfunctioning. This time cross-trainer worked in both visits few minutes before shutting down. Furthermore multifunctional weight device was partially broken. In every visit I mention these matters but there is limited or no progress in relation to these. This is rather unacceptable for five star hotel. ”

”The room was quite spacious and comfortable. Bathroom was also adequately sized. All very clean and well maintained. The staff was very courteous and helpful recommending restaurants and explaining how to use the tram to get to the train station. Breakfast was nice and with good offerings. Location is perfect. ”

”Otsikossa on kolmen yön oleskelun ainoa ikävä puoli. Ujuttauduin kyllä istunnolle, mutta ahdasta oli. Pieni huone, toki nukkumaan mahtui hyvin ja naulakkotilaakin oli. Sijainti loistava kuuluisan Kleberin aukion nurkassa. Raitiovaunulinjojen risteyskohta on aivan vieressä.”

”Todella hyvä hotelli. Helppo matkustaa Baselin keskustaan ja lentokentälle lähtiessä pääset näppärästi hotellin kyydillä. Muista, että hotelli sijaitsee Ranskan, eikä Sveitsin puolella. Check in ja out onnistuivat nopeasti. Hotelli erittäin puhdas ja moderni. Ilmastointi löytyy kyllä, mutta ei mennyt ihan niin viileälle kuin olisin halunnut. Vieressä parkkipaikkoja paljon, jos vuokraa auton ja ravintoloita sekä kauppoja löytyy vierestä.”

”Extremely good customer service which made us feel extremely welcome. The location couldn’t have been any better if you think about all the ‘Grand Ile’, land marks or a tram stop. Also a walk from the railway station took only 10min. A breakfast was really good but price (32€) is double the price other hotels provide so we had the breakfast mostly in other hotels. Thank One minus was the fitness center that has only indoor bicycles, one rowing machine and a thread mill. Hand weights only up to...

”Very nice and clean hotel at 10 minutes walking distance from the railway station. You can discover the city walking. I liked a lot the design and the way how responsibility was promoted at the hotel.”

”A fine hotel and what a scent they have there! Not suitable for those who are sensitive to fragrances, but we loved it. We walked first pass the hotel because it was hard to notice even if you were at the front door. We loved the decor of the hotel. The street was quite noisy sometimes. ”

”Vanhaan 1600-luvulta peräisin olevaan rakennukseen remontoitu erinomainen hotelli. Huone oli viihtyisä, tyylikäs ja tilava. Palvelu erittäin ystävällistä ja ammattitaitoista. Sijainti loistava. Hinta/laatu -suhde oli erinomainen. Tosin ilmeisesti hinta eBookersin kautta oli huomattavasti listahintaa edullisempi.”
