”Staff very friendly especially when I checked in Kitchen was stocked with essentials. Floor was a little dusty. A broom was provided. Hook for towel by shower was too high to hang towel. Jaccuzi bath/shower needed caulking and cleaning or replacing (could tell it was old). I did not use Jaccuzi. Bathroom floor had cracks in the tile. Laminate flooring was old Light switch for room is inconveniently located inside the room by the pass through door to next unit (not next to door). Only deadbolt...

”Needs painting, roaches and cigarettes burn on tube.”

”We had a Kitchen in theory, as we had no microwave and no pots and pans to use for the stove/oven. The fridge didn't keep things very cold. The wifi was spotty and not particularly reliable as we had to use our cellphone as a hotspot. We had to ask for the password and network. Basically, if you want a basic crash and burn place this is fine. The AC was fine, but there were no trash cans in the room. ”

”The staff was great. Everything worked. The room smelled and was in poor condition.”

”The hotel property was nice, it seemed pretty new. The front desk staff was friendly and the check in/check out process was quick. I was impressed with how clean it was. I highly recommend this Home2Suites in Mesa, Arizona.”

”The beds were disgusting, covered in stains sheets and mattresses, cigarette burn holes and satin on the comforter’s, both beds, there were chunks of the wall missing from rot, the bathroom had black mold all over. There were bugs flying around in the room. I went to the front desk, and requested a refund for the night and the following night. And I was told there was nothing she could do, “her boss was gone until Monday”. This property is disgusting and stole $300 of my money. ”

”While my little dog was allowed, it wasn't worth having to listen to the ridiculous, rude and unhospitable owners scream at other guests in the hallway for fighting Repeatedly! ...would NOT stay here again.”

”Clean room comfortable sheets and bed, but the outside and inside of the building is dirty and smells like cigarettes. The pool is was mirky. Can’t tell the last time it was cleaned. No elevator so if you’re upstairs you need to carry all your things up the stairs which is inconvenient. Property was loud and in a run down area. Definitely getting what you’re paying for ”

”The ac sounded like a car engine trying to throw a rod and worked about as good. Lobby Doors locked at night. It looked like an asylum with really dated interior. You hadto trade your towell at the desk for new. No ice. The best I can say is the front desk folks were nice. But you had to yell to get their attention. You couldn't get a refund. I would recommend go someplace nicer. ”

”The rooms are not as pictured. There is a bare wall with appliances from the 80s. There is cracked floors, and walls. The management is very aggressive and threatening. No breakfast. It's not a safe area in town. ”

”The place needs massive renovations. The property was ok from the outside, but my room was in pretty bad shape. I still stayed because I was alone, but if I were with my family, I will be out as soon as I get in the room. ”

”Good breakfast and comfortable beds and great AC. Shower is an odd shape but good size. However, the tiny curved shelf hardly holds a bar of soap and 1 travel bottle of shampoo. We would still gladly stay here again. ”

”Zero staff. Took a $40 cash deposit that was supposed to be returned the next day at checkout. No one available when trying to checkout. Waited around for 2hrs and nobody showed. A big scam! Tried contacting with no success. People banging on door and trying to get in middle of night. Again no staff. Sheets not clean and smoke detectors disabled???”
