”The staff sucked. There was a problem with a tv in my room and they insisted it was because I didn’t have a wall switch on. Turned out it was the tv. Just lazy staff, didn’t want deal with the issue. They could let keep the water filled in the lobby and the rooms had no glasses or cups for water. Not to mention 0 ice on the floor. But the biggest thing…they make you pay for parking! $15 fee with $1.50 a night. Ye F that. It’s not like this hotel is in the city…it’s on the western side...

My room was between the lobby hallway and parking lot outside. Frequent enough late-night check-ins and morning departures to disturb sleep. Walls are also on the thinner side-- could hear footsteps upstairs and moaning from one of the adjacent rooms. For a light...

”Be careful about the parking !! I had reservations for 2 nights and had to use their parking which is handled by a 3rd party. It is $18 a day plus service fee. I am having to dispute this with my card company. They charged me for 11 days !!! The hotel was no help with this. Also, when I checked in it took 3 trips to the desk to finally be able to get in my room. They have a restaurant attached where you can get coffee and etc at a price. Basically the staff was rude, the parking situation was...

”It was pretty clean and spacious, the staff was nice, and the pools were fun. But the elevator next to our room was broken - and without signage - for the duration of our stay, which was not disclosed to us at check-in. Also, our sliding door to the patio was broken, letting in all the sounds from outside. And the toilet was broken, so we kept having to take the top off the fix it so it would flush. Our family had a great time in the area, but we were disappointed with the broken items.”

”Booked on Expedia, was told that I will not get any services or points because I used Expedia. I put in a complaint to Hilton but did not hear back. The young man at the desk stated that all I saved by using Expedia was $10 bucks. I won't stay again. I am a long time Hilton member but will use another brand in the future. It would be in Expedia's best interest to look into stopping this.”
