"We received a very warm welcome and assistance for parking my car and took our luggage from the car to our room. The room was outstanding clean and the largest room in our month long stay in Italy. It is a true castle we felt like a king and queen."

"Well-kept, beautiful hotel, superior swimming pool. But... breakfast service need to improved. One morning I was there alone, and the service did not work at all: I asked two toasts, never got one. Cheeses were missing. What would happen if there someday is a group of people eating breakfast?"
