Pleasure Row - a cottage that sleeps 8 guests in 3 bedrooms

This wonderful 3 bedroomed holiday cottage in Newton Valence, Hampshire is located close to the nearby South Downs, complete with all essential mod cons for comfortable self-catering.

Pleasure Row will comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests within 3 generously sized bedrooms over 2 floors plus with 2 additional fold out bed chairs there is the possibly of accommodating up to 8 guests.

The ground floor living area is open plan to the living, dining and kitchen areas, ideal for social interaction, plus benefits from a twin bedroom to the ground floor, located next to the family bathroom. This could allow those who do not wish to tackle the stairs to remain on the ground floor, with large sliding doors allowing level access onto the shared external patio area.

On the first floor is another twin bedroom with en-suite shower room, plus a king size bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

All bedding and towelling is provided, with a mid term maid cleaning service available on request. Additional linen is available at £25 per set to include 1 medium bath towel.

Child cots, highchairs and stairgates also available at no extra cost. (If cots are provided guests are asked to please bring their own childs bedding).

Pleasure Row is pet friendly and we warmly welcome up to 2 medium sized well behaved four legged friends at an additional cost of £25 each per dog, per week/part week. (However, to be fair to our neighbours no continuous barkers please).

This cottage can also be rented with Whitedown, an adjacent 1 bedroom cottage accessed internally through inter-connecting fire doors, to allow sleeping for up to a possible 13 guests – please contact us to book this configuration.

In addition to the rental cost we ask our guests for a security deposit, pre-authorised against your credit card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no damage.

Our advertised prices are calculated on the number of people requested and may go up or down if amended.

Some of our properties have age restrictions, such as where we feel it would not be suitable for younger all adult groups, such as within quiet residential areas where noise may be an issue.
