”Front staff was lovely and I appreciated the combiner airport shuttle. The room was absolutely filthy. I mean dirty dirty. Hair and dirt on the floor, cracks I. The floor and walls and ceiling, the outlet switch in the bathroom had ground in dirt. There was a bug in the bed. The only thing that was clean was the sheets and towels which were in a viably dirty towel holder. The curtain rod was hanging down and I am pretty sure there was was blood splatter on the inside of the door. ”

”Room was pretty bad. There was what looked like a bum fight outside and loud. Wall are thin so heard anll the other rooms an and the shower was together with the toilet like it was a pretty bad room. ”

”I booked this place for a family member and he spoke to the person prior to arrival. Once arrived at the location the person stopped answering the phone. This was last Friday 3/20/26 and now today they attempted to remove money from my account which they were declined because I used my Cash App card. This place is a scam and thank God I didn’t use my bank card.”

”A casa é muito boa Só alguns problemas na cozinha mas é normal lugar bem localizado perto das igrejas onde eu estava indo perto do centro tem linhas de ônibus para Nova York recomendo bastante para quem vai sozinho ou vai num grupo de mais ou menos umas três pessoas tem quatro quartos para aproveitar então tem muita opção quem for lá e quiser alugar compensa”

”The room supposed to be smoke free, but it was smell of cigarettes. The whole way smelled so bad, I went to the front desk 3 times for them to change the room. They did not. The shower room was terrible with water all over the floor when someone took a shower. Even in the last day, when I checked out, I asked that lady for my receipt, she been so rude. She even asked me why I needed that receipt for? That was a horrible experience for me. ( the A/C was working).”

”Please DO NOT book here. the people in the house were unaware we were staying there. it is a scam. Our room had insulation coming out of the walls making g it nearly impossible to breathe, ”

”Check in was good. The room was good except no kitchen ware. The free breakfast was just a few items. A muffins & coffee. ”

”I did not know it was like a boarding home type of situation didn't there and I came there with five other people there was no way I could stay in it I didn't know that it was three other people and there was somebody in the room that was assigned to me when I booked it and paid for it so I did not stay at the property and I would like my money back a refund thank you I had to book a whole another hotel”

”Absolutely horrible, They lied about how we would be accomodated, the information they provide is completely confising, what they ask of the guests in terms of how to enter and what codes and rules, is just as confusing, they made us wait an hour after our arranged arrival, completely disgusting, they should not be allowed to provide any type of service ”

”I didn’t even stay there. First of all they didn’t even send any instructions in advance. Then they sent me to a different location. The room was in a three bedroom place which I wasn’t aware it’s a shared space. There was no heat (it was 40 degrees in NJ) no toiletries including toilet paper or towels or shampoo. I just left immediately and put a stop payment on my credit card charge. I’ve never had this experience before. ”
