”This is a pretty good hotel in a great location. A few small things bothered me, though. First, I was supposed to receive a $20 voucher and a bottle of water delivered to my room the next day, as I’m a long-time Hotels.com user. However, the front desk completely ignored this, and only on the last day—when I brought it up—did they acknowledge that I was entitled to them. I was also a bit bothered by how serious the front desk staff seemed. The hotel itself is in a great location. It’s about a...
