”I recently stayed at Holiday Inn FRENCH QUARTER-CHATEAU LEMOYNE, and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The noise from the elevator was unbearable, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Despite my repeated requests to the hotel staff to address the issue or change my room, they were indifferent and unhelpful. Their lack of concern for guest comfort is unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and restful stay.”

”Nautimme pienestä kuntosalista ja lämmitetystä ulkoaltaasta. Yhtenä päivänä vessa ei vetänyt kunnolla ja saimme sen kanssa heti apua, eikä ongelma palannut. Palvelua siis sai kun sitä tarvitsi, mutta olimme yllättyneitä passiivisesta kommunikaatiotyylistä. Yhtenä päivänä huonettamme ei oltu siivottu, emme tiedä miksi. Muuten olimme huoneen siisteyteen tyytyväisiä.
Perushyvä hotellikokemus, voisin suositella tai mennä uudestaan. Sijainti oli meille täydellinen, kun kaikki oli kävelymatkan...

”This beautiful hotel was absolutely the best hotel we've ever been to. Will certainly wanna go back to spend another vacation there. We were able to see all the rooms and were able to choose which one we want to stay. Each room were different and we found it very difficult to choose the one we wanted as they all were so lovely, so nicely decorated. Beds were very very good. In the lobby, there was coffee, tea, muffins, cookie etc and if you wanted to have a special coffee (espresso, cappucino...

”The hotel was grand and the pool area very nice. But the noice! We came from Europe and didn't know Bourbon street when booking the hotel and the hotel is on that street! It's terrible! I have never heard this loud noice of bars playing music next to each other starting in the early afternoon to 3.00 am. So if you are not joining this party, I really don't recommend any hotels i this area.”
