”The room, bed, bathroom, breakfast, service - everything was perfect. The only small minus I have to give to the breakfast room - between 8:30 - 9:30 it was grouded and customers had to queue too long for coffee. The personnel was busy to clean up tables and my breakfast was twice cleaned away while I was queing coffee. What a waste.”

”Having booked with another local hotel - The Athena - who were completely obnoxious and unhelpful regarding the parking. I stumbled across this gem. The staff were so helpful and accomplished ~ first class customer service.”

”Had a lovely stay, the village is cozy and has good services. Also the hotel itself is a historical site, so definitely worth exploring! We had a car (which I think is almost a must since it is a bit of a drive to Florence for instance), the parking was free so that was a huge plus. Also the location is perfect to explore whole Tuscany. We drove to Pisa and the cost as well as the surroundings. Great stay!”

She made plenty of calls to reserve a wine tasting experience and an opera show for us and gave us advice on how to get around town. The customer service at this hotel is exceptionally great! ”We had nice 2 night stay at Palazzo San Niccolo. Hotel is located right in the center of village. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had welcoming drinks at the check in and reception boy took our luggage to our room. We had room at top floor. Room was clean and good size. Breakfast was good with fresh fruits.”

”Was using this hotel as a stopover while driving to Sorrento from the UK. The hotel was immaculate and extremely modern and in great condition. It was very convenient for our stopover as right next to the motorway. They person on reception while we were there was extremely helpful. On the night we stayed the hotel restaurant wasn't open but he recommended another local restaurant which he booked for us, and his recommendation was spot on.”
