CASA NORMA is an elegant and spacious villa with a relaxing garden and convenient parking, located in the village of Fiumaretta. <br>Every day offers the chance to explore the beauty of Lerici, San Terenzo, Tellaro, the Cinque Terre, Portovenere, Palmaria Island, Sarzana, the marble quarries of Carrara, the archaeological site of Luni, and the lively Versilia region. <br>A short walk takes you to beaches, grocery stores, a playground, cafes, pizzerias, restaurants, a newsstand, and an ice cream shop...<br>CITRA 011001-LT-0187<br>The house is very spacious, bright, and cozy.<br>It is spread over two floors, with the entrance opening onto a spacious living room. This room is ideal for socializing, thanks to a dining area, two sofas, and a large television. The space is illuminated by a window and a French door leading out to the terrace and garden. The floor is rounded out by a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a half-bath.<br>On the upper floor, accessible via a convenient flight of stairs, there are three airy bedrooms and a full bathroom with a tub and shower. If work calls, there’s an office area with a desk and chair.<br>With sleeping accommodations for 6, the two double bedrooms and a third bedroom with two single beds offer maximum comfort. Each bedroom has spacious closets and dressers to store your clothes. <br>There are two terraces, and a large garden welcomes you with its fenced-in area and playground equipment for children. <br>The terrace overlooks the garden and is furnished with a few armchairs. In the garden, you’ll also find a dining area with a table and chairs under a shade canopy. Imagine relaxing with a glass of wine or sharing a romantic dinner under the stars. <br>There is a cool relaxation area under the porch with a table and chairs. <br><br>A convenient driveway leads to the private, covered parking area, which provides access to a handy laundry room equipped with a sink, washing machine, ironing board, and iron.<br><br>The house is equipped with many amenities: 2 TVs, 4 fans, Wi-Fi, a desk, a refrigerator, a freezer, a 4-burner stove, an electric oven, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a hair dryer.<br>AIR CONDITIONING IS AVAILABLE IN THE LIVING ROOM AND IN ONE DOUBLE BEDROOM. <br><br>Bed linens, bath towels (one set of 3 towels per person), and kitchen linens are provided.<br>Private parking is available for 2 cars. The gate opens electrically via remote control. The entrance gate is 2.5 meters wide.<br>The owner may also access the outdoor area—including the private parking and garden—to perform garden maintenance.<br>We’d be happy to accommodate your bicycles as well; you can leave them inside our fenced-in property, which is secured by gates and sheltered from the rain.<br>Outside the house, along the street, there are free public parking spaces available.<br>The villa is located in a very quiet residential area with a wonderful neighborhood, far from traffic noise but still close to amenities such as small shops, restaurants, beaches, etc.<br><br>FIUMARETTA<br>Fiumaretta is a hamlet in the municipality of Ameglia (SP); on one side it stretches along the mouth of the Magra River and on the other side it lies directly on the Ligurian Sea. The beaches offer an incredible panoramic view of the Apuan Alps. <br>Fiumaretta is a seaside resort with wide beaches of fine sand that mark the beginning of the Tuscan coastline. Tourists can use the paid beach facilities or enjoy the free, undeveloped beaches. It is also possible to reach the beautiful Punta Corvo Beach by taking boats departing from the Fiumaretta riverfront (as of 2024, this service is currently unavailable due to the risk of landslides).<br>There are many water sports available: windsurfing, kitesurfing, stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), canoeing, and scuba diving; you can also rent inflatable boats or other watercraft.<br>Lerici and its entire coastline are also easily accessible, while from Marina di Carrara you can take boats to visit Portovenere and the Cinque Terre.<br>The town does
