”Bit of a mixed bag. Our room was upgraded on arrival, which was a good start, but then told that anyone who doesn't book directly from their website has to pay £15 per person per day to use the spa. I guess this is their way of making back the price difference. Room was great. Dinner wasn't enjoyable, I would suggest avoiding the restaurant other than for breakfast. Food wasn't up to scratch, white wine brought out warm after a long wait, and surly service from one particular member of staff....
