”The room was lovely and quirky old fashioned with original features. Bathroom nice and clean staff were so polite and helpful. Only issue was tv was set with a reminder to change channel spoke to staff they thought it was rectified but happened for second night not an issue as stay was relaxing and enjoyable. ”

”"Onnistuimme" saamaan hitellin remppaamattoman huoneen, jossa oli allas itse huoneessa ( peräisin 70 luvulta). Yöllä huone oli myös kuuma, johon johto vain totesi, että koko ajan vaan valitetaan. Milloin on liian kuuma, milloin liian kylmä. Aamulla aikaisin roskakuski kolisteli ikkunan alla. Aika kehno kokemus, kun ottaa huomioon, mitä muut arvioijat ovat sanoneet hotellista. Ensimmäisenä meille sanottiin, ettei huoneesta ole näkymää merelle. Tämän sivuston kuvat hotellista eivät antaneet oikeaa...

”Everything was fine. Staff were helpful and very clean surroundings. Breakfast was a very good choice to choose from. ”

”Nice refurbished old hotel with good parking. Check-in staff were excellent. The common areas were well maintained although in a few places paint was showing a little wear in the stairs to the courtyard rooms. The room was an old style room but well repurposed, everything was well cleaned. The bathroom was new and excellently maintained with everything working well and the water nice and hot. The spa, gym and pool were well equipped, although in an unusual configuration- steam room and sauna...

”We had a relative we came to visit recommend your hotel. The room was clean and well kept and the breakfast next door in the Beefeater Restaurant offered a large variety of food choices to satisfy all ages.”

”It was my third or fourth stay here. Always very helpful and friendly staff, always great service, breakfast is decent, rooms are comfortable, and it doesn't cost the earth.”

”We loved bath arms! Excellent food (Sunday roast, dinner and breakfast all brilliant), really friendly and accommodating staff, rooms nice and spacious and very good location for accessing the gorge and walks etc without worrying about expensive parking! We would definitely come back ”
