”This property was perfect for what we were looking for. We have a "guys weekend" every year to just unplug from life for a couple days. This was a central location between Columbus, Cleveland and Akron where we were traveling from, and very easy to find. We comfortably slept 8 adults, had enough room in the living space/kitchen to gather and loved spending the day by the water and nights around the fire. Definitely recommend!”

”Nice location, clean home, but the shower’s water pressure was like standing under a watering can sprinkler. If you turn the hot water down, the pressure gets less. Takes forever to get the soap rinsed off your body and hair. Other than that, nice accommodations”

”I really appreciated the recliner. I have some issues and climbing into those beds was difficult. I was able to spend a restful night in that chair! I might suggest that a step would be helpful for getting into the bed. But all in all, absolutely lovely!”

”Property was super clean. How was very nice. Construction at the hospital was a little bit noisy went on until about 8PM, but that is temporary. The grill igniter did not work and used foil to cover grill bc it was rusty. Overall the place was super nice hot tub was great not too far from some of the stores and downtown Berlin. ”First of all, this place is as well-equipped as any VRBO you will see, particularly in the kitchen. ”This rental was perfect. The landscape is beautiful with farmland, farm animals, and valleys. The area is rural but very convenient to shopping. The rental had all of the necessary conveniences, and it was super clean. We would highly recommend this rental. We’re looking forward to a return visit.”

”The Riverside Retreat was a respite from the noise of our lives. We enjoyed the clean, well-supplied VRBO space. It was close to everything we wanted to see and do while we were in Strasburg and the surrounding area. If you stay at the Riverside Retreat, be sure to visit the many historical places around the area. Zoar and the Ohio Erie Canal sites are very interesting, along with Fort Laurens, the first continental outpost of the Ohio Frontier, during the American Revolution.”

”This is one of the most exceptional properties that we have ever stayed at. (It was a birthday gift from my wife). The online pictures do not do it justice. Everything from the room to the kitchen and the wrap around porches were clean and well maintained. We had a stunning view from the west facing porch. I can almost guarantee you that we'll be back.”
