”I want to start with the good because it really was a lovely experience most of the stay. Clint is an excellent host, was very responsive and helpful with every little question we had. The house was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. The river was quiet and serene. There was minimal clean up requested for the checkout as well. Just a forewarning, we had an awful run in with the neighbor. She was very aggressive and mean. She clearly does not care for this property being a rental. Weather...

”Ideal location for our family visiting for the holidays. This was our second stay. It was very clean with nice touches like water and snacks. Internet functioned well. Play space was great for the little ones. First floor "owner's suite" was an ideal sanctuary for a little more peace and quiet when needed.”
