Hyvä business pysäkki
Sujuva parin viikon visiitti Ammaniin jossa Sheraton toimi tukikohtana. VIP loungen internet oli nopea ja muutkin business palvelut toimivat sillä lailla jotenkuten. Printtien ja kopioiden laatu ei vakuuttanut, mutta ihmisten ystävällisyys ja auttamishalu korvasi muut puutteet. Kuntosalin yhteydessä oli ihan hyvä sauna ja iso sisäuima-allas ja vielä isompi ulko uima-allas. Huone oli siisti ja siivoojille oli liikennevalot ovipielessä, aika nopeasti huone oli siivottu aina kun laittoi vihreän valon päälle. Aamiainen on hyvä ja erilaisia kombinaatioita riitti kokeiltavaksi koko kahden viikon ajan.

Los empleados no tenían buena predisposición especialmente la gente de recepción. Nadie hablaba una palabra de español, tampoco se esforzaron en tratar de entenderme. Realmente una decepción. Las instalaciones del hotel son hermosas, el hotel es lujoso y hermoso. Tuve un episodio lamentable en lo que respecta al upgrade que hice y para mejorar mi habitación y el tema de los restaurante.

The hotel is well-maintained, staffs are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast needs to be improved as I stayed for 5 nights and every day the breakfast was the same which is a bit boring and requires more variety. The rooms need an upgrade for coffee machines since its a 5* hotel. Accessibility is very convenient.

The entrance and communal facilities in this hotel were very grand and impressive, and the staff were very welcoming and attentive in the lobby. However the cleanliness of the rooms and speed of the room service let it down. Unfortunately we had stained sheets, and on the rollaway cot placed in the room, the duvet didnt have any sheets on it and was badly stained. When we called to resolve and also request an extra mug etc etc, it took so long to arrive that we had to call twice to follow up. Also not much happening in the immediate area around the hotel, so felt somewhat uncomfortable to just walk out and explore.
