”Service of the staff in this hotel was not so good at all. They also denied to offer free breakfast even though it was included in the room rate (later this was compensated by hotels.com. Excellent reclamation management from hotels.com!). Rooms were also very noisy due to construction work in the city center.
Safe in the room cost 2 euro extra per day. Air condition was not very good. We also had to complain to get separate beds instead of one double even though this was also promised...
