Hotellin sijainti oli todella hyvä. Hinta-laatusuhde hyvä ja kaikinpuolin suosittelen ja voisin todellakin yöpyä uudelleen.

ystävällinen henkilökunta ja hyvä aamupala, mutta huoneessa hieman toivomisen varaa, esim kunnolliset pimennysverhot ja tykympi sänky. Myös ilmalämpöpumppu puhalsi suoraa sänkyyn, joten se oli pakko sammuttaa yöksi. Raitiovaunulla pääsi kätevästi keskustaan, joten hyvä, rauhallinen sijainti.

Staff was very friendly and felt like they genuinely cared for the visitors. Location is very good. Smooth access to the central parts of the city on foot or by public transport. easy to reach Schipol by train. Cleanliness of the room and public areas was really good. Housekeeping was not eco-frienly tough. Towels got taken to laundry more or less everyday and soaps came in those hotelotel mini size packings.

Overpriced, poor price-quality-ratio
The room was very basic, nothing extra. No kettle, no coffee, nothing. Thankfully we had at least a mini fridge to store some basic breakfast items as the hotel breakfast wasn't really worth the money (12,50 euros pp). We had the hotel breakfast once on the first morning, and to our surprise everything was finished already at 7.30 since there were loads of construction workers enjoying the breakfast at the same time. I would imagine the kitchen could've somehow foreseen this and prepared enough food for everyone. Anyway, we had to wait to get some bread and eggs, but not too long, like 15 minutes. Also, one ridiculous thing was that they charged €10 extra for early check-in. And by early check-in I mean 2 hours prior the normal check-in time. As we were so tired, I didn't bother to question this at the time, but worth to note if you want to check-in earlier... It's not a big money, but since this hotel is already overpriced (as are all the hotels in Amsterdam), it felt ridiculous that they had the nerve to charge extra. Let's go briefly back to the room. We had a safety deposit box that wasn't working. After we complained about this, it was fixed while we were out in the city. The fixer though left a pile of white trash on the floor, which wasn't cleaned by the housekeeping staff. And we stayed there 3 more nights after that, and nothing happened to the white pile on the floor in front of the safe. Not a biggie but tells a bit about the cleaning policy of the hotel.

Spent two nights here. The front desk staff were very helpful. While the bedding and room was clean, the bathroom needed more cleaning. Found long hair on the shower stall floor. Also the kettle provided in the room was rusty inside. Asked for it to be changed but the next one was only slightly better. These kettles should have been tossed out a long time ago.

Lo único mejorable es que tanto las sabanas como las almohadas requieren cambio, ya que se ven manchadas y eso da mal aspecto. Todo lo demás está muy bien, desde la atención del personal, la ubicación, instalaciones y desayuno bufet.

Good: Reception staff were friendly. Safe parking. Nice reception area. Good location with regard to public transport. Quite area. Bad: Reception gave us a ground floor room, this room had no privacy at all as random people pass by and can see your room. We could hear all neighbor rooms showing and using the toilet without any noise isolation. Beds were not comfortable at all.

Do not stay here for longer than a few nights. Don't know how this hotel has the Best Western name. Noisy and loud guests. They do not clean the rooms properly and housekeeping did not refill coffee, toilet paper once. Rooms are outdated. No where to put clothing for an extended stay. This was the worst part of a great trip. Manager was friend and tried to resolve issues where we needed to change rooms as you can have windows open as everyone smokes around the building and is extremely noisy even after 1am.

Hotel posizionato in una zona residenziale molto vicina ai mezzi pubblici. Zona molto tranquilla. Per quanto riguarda locali/ristoranti/bar, ce ne erano pochissimi in zona per cui occorreva spostarsi verso il centro per poter trovare qualcosa. Camera molto comoda, personale gentilissimo. L'unico punto a sfavore il bagno, un po' sacrificato.

Rooms are small with minimal furnishings. Bed was uncomfortable. Bed linens were decent quality. Few towels no washcloths. Price was high for the quality. Not near airport, sights or amenities. Would not stay again if other options were available.

It’s in a residential area and the tram is about a 10 walk to the nearest stop. About 1-2 miles from the centre but we still made the best of it. We didn’t go back to the room during the day to rest as was too far out

Las habitaciones son un poco pequeñas para ser cuádruple, el baño un poco pequeño y más si tienes que compartir con varias personas. Lo peor de todo es la limpieza, no limpiaban ni el baño ni la habitación, estiraban un poco las camas y recogían las toallas pero no limpiaban el baño ni tampoco aspiraban la habitación.

Big room, nice and quiet. Just nearby is the tram stop that take you to the city center, train station, museums etc. in 15-25 minutes - tourist travel pass is sold in the reception. One can walk too, there is a lot to see nearby if one are interested to explore the areas where locals live and work. If you want constant noice and crowds this is not the place for you. The breakfast was good but I wish they had put glass covers over the cheese, noone ate it due to that it dried out.

I booked a 3-star hotel and that is what I got, no luxuries but it is all right. I would rate it a little bit higher but the restaurant only had a BBQ buffet for diner and maybe it could be a little cleaner. What I found very convenient is that when you connect to the internet, the hotel webpage has the transport information showing you the way to the tram station nearby, just a 5 minute walk and you will get anywhere in Amsterdam.
