Good location
Good location and great breakfast, friendly staff. However the bed in our comfort room was very very soft and it was hard to get a good night sleep in it. It needs to be updated. Also the fridge didn't work properly. In a quite expensive four star hotel everything should be better than avarage.

Yhden hengen huone oli todella pieni, siellä ei tehnyt mieli viettää aikaa. Kylpyhuone tosi pieni, sänky kapea ja kova tyyny. Pyyhkeitä vain yksi pieni pyyhe, kylpypyyhkeen sain pyydettäessä. Tämä huone ei ole 4* hotelli, enemmänkin 2* budjettihuone. Palvelu asiallista, mutta ei ystävällistä. En menisi uudelleen.

Keskeisellä paikalla!
Hotelli keskeisellä paikalla, iso ravintola alakerrassa. Huone erittäin pieni, parisängyn leveys 140 cm. Ei erillistä tilaa matkalaukuille vaan ne tukkii lattian. Tallelokeron paristo ei toiminut vaikka erityisen painokkaasti pyydetään laittamaan arvotavarat tallelokeroon. Minijääkaappi tyhjä. WC/suihkutila erittäin pieni, n.100-kiloinen ei mahdu enää wc-pytyn ja lavuaarin välistä alle neliön kokoiseen suihkuun. Meillä hiljainen huone hirveällä seinä/kuilunäkymällä. Ystävällinen henkilökunta.

This was the worst hotel room I have ever stayed in - the toilet was ridiculously small, you touch the wall when you are using it is so small. The sink was placed within the room as did not fit into the bathroom area - not as advertised in the photos. Some people would not be able to fit into the toilet all. There is mould on bathroom ceiling. The bed was terrible and very uncomfortable . Mattress was old and beyond its lifespan. On day of arrival room was not clean.

We struggled to find the best area before we booked but this hotel is in the Best Location in Amsterdam Virtually on Dam Square, easy walk to most areas or the train at Centraal or Rokin Great staff, get a city view room (ours was 103 and it was perfect) Really nice hotel for a City break .. staff and Dining were bang on!!

The room we stayed in here was the smallest room and the smallest bathroom we have ever encountered. Having cruised on over 35 ships, not one had a room or bathroom this small. It is in a great location.

very convenient location in the middle of the city with many places in walkable distance. Great Breakfast to start the day with. rooms are very small "cozy" would be the nice word. shower is very small; water pressure is low, and nothing dries out in there.

I called in advance to confirm the room had French doors to look out into, which the man said yes. I also requested in the app for a double bed instead of twin and called in advance to ask if this was possible and was told yes, however when we arrived we had a corer room with no French doors and twin beds. It was supposed to be a special trip for our anniversary but I spent most of the night falling in between 2 mattresses. We asked for early check in and we’re told to come to the hotel at 1pm for early check in, the room wasn’t ready so we dropped our bags and came back at the original check in time which was 3pm and the room was still not ready. We did not get into the room until 3:45. The staff were lovely but simply said there was nothing they could do as all the rooms were booked…just left us dissapointed

This hotel exceeded expectations as we were ready for the noise since the hotel is located in a very busy area. Well, what a surprise! It was very quiet, very pleasant. Nice hotel, clean, large rooms, excellent staff, great food, prime location… only good things to say about this place. I would stay there again without hesitation.

Lovely room and the most comfortable hotel bed we have ever had and we travel a lot. Only small downside was that although room lovely and spacious, there is VERY little hanging or storage space. Had to live out of a case for 5 days. Really well situated at Dam square and surprisingly quiet considering location. Lovely hotel overall.

Very centrally located, but the building is a little tired, though clean. Central location comes with some noise and with the elevator out of service for part of my stay and my room being next to the stairs, it got pretty noisy with everyone using them. Bed was comfortable and staff were very friendly and helpful though.

The room was not suited for 2, only 1 chair, no tabel, and very small wardrobe. The value for money was not good

The property’s (location,convenience,local options) are all great. My only observation is that the property may not fit large frame people as well as it fits the average size. In reference to the bathroom size and layout. But other than that it’s not bad . Not sure if I would stay again or choose another option.

I expected a bit more quality from a 4 star hotel. The linens attracted lint and hair like velcro so the bedding did not look clean. The fridge in our room did not work and despite reporting it several times it never was fixed or swapped out. The breakfast in the restaurant was very good and the location was convenient - an easy walk from Centraal with bags. There was no hair conditioner. The safe was big enough for a laptop. The staff were friendly and responsive over all. This feels more like a 3 star hotel.

Great hotel with central location
Great hotel, with a central location. Room was spacious and modern. Only negative was that it had a tendency to be cold and even with temp turned up it made little difference. This would not prevent me from booking again as everything else was great.
