There is construction going, but it wasn't an issue as we had fun time in the city. Clean rooms and shower worked. You can rent a bike or use taxi to go "city center".

I found the hotel and inconvenience. The tram took 10mins but from the station to the hotel the road was very bad and remote to get to. Especially lugging the luggages on the rocky grounds was hectic. Hotel could at least offer a shuttle to and from hotel to station. There were mushrooms growing on the front door of hotel. Definitely won't be staying there again.

Wir waren eine Woche als Pärchen in Inntel Hotel und fanden es alles in allem super. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer waren echt immer schön sauber und generell hat eigentlich nichts gefehlt. Das einzige Manko war das zu weiche Bett.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Wir habe nur 2 Kritikpunkte. Zum einen hat das Dampfbad nicht funktioniert und in der Sauna waren abends viele Gäste in Badekleidung und ohne Handtuch. Das stört leider sehr, da diese Gäste auch nicht auf unsere bitte reagiert haben, die zu unterlassen.

We could not see in the main room for lack of lighting. I know you have a green policy and I support that. But no ceiling lights or lamps of any kind in the main room was inconvenient and dark. At night my husband needed his headlight to read.

We had the panorama view room, it was beautiful! We visited for a special occasion and were able to decorate the room. Staff were friendly! It would have been good if transport options were explained when we checked in, the bike ride to central station was lovely <3 we really liked the hotel and definitely would recommend

They could use a few more creature comforts, inside the room they don’t have cups for your coffee, and it’s a little dark. It need more lighting, and it’s not comfortable. The chairs are not comfortable in the room.

We booked it as a romantic getaway for their spa rooms. However, it's not as convenient as we hoped location wise. The restaurants around it are sparse, especially when you come back from a long day out in the city or elsewhere. If we return to Amsterdam again, I think I'd stay closer in De Pijp or Jordaan where there's more restaurants and other things to do. Overall, the service and rooms are great though. No complaints there.

A great hotel, with friendly and welcoming staff. The restaurant and breakfast are excellent. However the rooms are rather dark and the area behind the hotel is a building site, which is a shame. It was well situated for the tram.

I love the punk industrial asethetic! The room was comfy and hotel bar was a nice spot to hang out in after a long day out on the town.

This is what was NOT good! No washcloths furnished in the bathroom. Air conditioning stopped working during both nights we stayed there. Lighting in the room and hallways were substandard. Bathroom lighting very bad.

We really enjoyed staying here! It was a beautiful property and room. We loved our view of the water and the bathrooms were great. It was not too far from the airport or the main part of the city. The food was delicious at breakfast and at the restaurant.

Kein Shuttles / Bus zur entfernten Bahn,- schmutziges, neues Baustellengebiet. Aber die Bahnbaustelle, vor dem Hotel, war kein Problem,- auch nicht laut0-, da sehr guter Fensterbestand, sondern die Bahnbaustelle war sehr informativ, und die Züge waren gute Deko.

We stayed in the wellness room, it had a sauna and a whirlpool bath tub in the room. It was fantastic, the view was great appart from the construction site; otherwise I would highly recommened this room to all couples.

The room was terrific.The only problem I saw was what appeared to be moldy ceilings. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The property is a bit away from the city center with limited travel options close by. It is Admsterdam and the canals make getting around a bit hard. Posting nearest public transport or providing a shuttle would be nice.

My husband and I went to Amsterdam to celebrate his 40th birthday, I wanted to spoil him a little and chose Inntel Hotel Landmark! When we arrived, we were greeted by concierge Ben, he was incredibly helpful and friendly and got us situated, we had told him that we were celebrating Bryan's birthday and shortly after we got to our room, we received a knock on our door with a bottle of bubbles. Truly, that was the sweetest and most thoughtful gesture. Our room was HUGE, we don't typically book uber nice hotels so I was so excited. We were staying on the 12th floor, with such great views of the water, the room was so spacious and our bed was large and comfy, I wish we had our pup with us he would have loved it. We ordered room service our first night but we went grocery shopping the next day and filled our fridge with drinks and food. We definitely took advantage of the pool and sauna which is perfect for our rainy evenings. I liked how close it this hotel is to two different trolleys/trams, all the amenities are so nice and the hotel is just so luxe and beautiful. I can't wait to come back!

Amazing hotel, very clean and staff are friendly. Definitely recommend getting 26 tram from centraal station much easier. Chose this hotel for our honeymoon and was on the top floor and complimentary drink in the bar for the two of us. Would go again

My reinvigorating break in Amsterdam
The check in process was easy, and the reception staff very friendly, even late at night, and my room was luxurious and relaxing, with a great view. The breakfast was a great way to start the day and the hotel is quite close to a couple of public transport stops that will take you right into the heart of Amsterdam in no time. All of the staff were very helpful, even after I had checked out. I hope to stay here again sometime, when I visit this vibrant city again.
