Hyvä aamiainen oli positiivinen yllätys. Huoneet pienet, mutta riittävät kahdelle. Säilytystilaa saisi olla enemmän huoneissa. Rauhalliset huoneet. Sijainti erinomainen, koska matkan päätarkoitus oli vierailla museoissa ja kuitenkin oltiin kävelyetäisyydellä keskustasta. Hyvät liikenneyhteydet julkisilla, myös lentokentälle bussilla 397.

Slightly disappointing
Hotel has a great location, the public areas are nice and staff is friendly, but rooms are in a need of refurbishing - things appear pretty worn out. Cleaning is not in par with what I'd expect, toilet seat dirty and the drain in the shower was blocked so at the end of the shower you end up standing in a pool of water. This issue was not fixed despite of reporting it to the reception. Would not choose this hotel again before there is an upgrade to the rooms and cleanliness.

Sijainti erinomainen
Oikein hyvällä paikalla sijaitseva hotelli, josta on lyhyt matka kaikkiin Amsterdamin nähtävyyksiin. Museoalue vieressä. Hotelli oli kaikin puolin hyvä. Sisäänkirjoittaessa meille osui kuitenkin vastaanottovirkailija, jolla oli todella huono päivä. Antoi ilkeyksissään tyttärelle kylpyhuoneen kokoisen huoneen, joka saatiin myöhemmin vaihdettua. Muuten henkilökunta oli ystävällistä. Siivoojat herättivät käytävämelullaan joka aamu.

Good hotel near museum area
The location of the hotel was excellent. Five minutes walking to the museum area, about 20 minutes to Dam square and 100 m to tram and bus lines. In generally the hotel was good for a city holiday and the room well equipped. However, our room was small and in July pretty warm despite the air conditioning.

The room was small but tidy. Bathroom was quite new. The street was quiet. Easy to come from airport (with bus number 197 to Leidseplein). The staff wasn't very interested in us.

Very limited amenities, tiny room with a slit window, run down appearance, dreadful breakfast buffet, noise from other room tv, no option for coffee in room except instant powder, cracked tile in shower, . The only good thing was location, but there are plenty of other hotels in that area.

Konumu çok iyi.
Öncelikle sıcak karşılama, hızlı check in - check out işlemleri ve ikramlar için resepsiyon çalışanlarına teşekkür ederiz.Odalar temiz. Otelin konumu iyi, havalimanından tek otobüsle otelin 200 m yakınına kadar gelebiliyorsunuz.Müzeler bölgesine, Van Gogh ve Rijksmuseum' a çok yakın, bulunduğu sokak sessiz.Vondelpark çok yakın sabah yürüyüşleri için harika bir park. 15-20 dk yürüme ile her yere ulaşabilirsiniz.Bunun yanında tramvay istasyonu da çok yakın.Tekrar bu oteli tercih ederim.

Location was great! Able to walk or take the tram easily. We liked the number of cozy restaurants near by. Staff was friendly, only slight minus was we tried to check in a bit earlier but couldn’t. Our morning arrival with 9 hours jet lag was tiring.

2 star Maybe in Amsterdam!
Hotel staff was amazing, especially the lady in the breakfast area first rate and a very hard worker. Condition of hotel for the Leonardo Chain was terrible! Carpet and floors in terrible condition! Way overpriced for size of room. Location was excellent/ Breakfast was worth it! Room tiny! So many excellent choices in Amsterdam! Staff amazing! Clean up the hotel!

Bei einem Dreibettzimmer hatte die dritte Person nur 1 Matraze als Bett . Nach Zimmerwechsel keine Klimaanlage kein Fenster konnte geöffnet werden,die Fenssterrahmen schimmelig und kein Zimmerservice kein Handtuchwechsel.Entspricht in keinster Weise einem 4 Sternestandard und dafür zu teuer .Hätten wir ein Hostel günstiger bekommen. Wir sind sehr unzufrieden .Für ein Leonardo Hotel wesentlich mehr erwartert und nicht weiter zu empfehlen .

This was a nice hotel tucked in a neighborhood setting with lots of dining and transportation options a short walk away.

The staff was pleasant and helpful despite being very busy. Housekeeping respond quickly for my request. I see management walking around to check on things. The breakfast was very good with good variety. Location was excellent close to park and public transport and museums(walking distance). Easy to get to hotel on tram from Central station. Hotel is clearly well used and hence a little worn out. But clean and serviceable. Also tight in space but as expected for centrally located hotel in heart of city.

Good for short stays
Great hotel. Nice location, Close to many shops and restaurants. Staff was very friendly. Only gripe would be the rooms and bathrooms are small. Quite cramped.

It was larger than most rooms I’ve stayed at in Europe which was nice. We thought it was a great location, in the past we have been further from the city centre. House keeping was the only drawback for us. We had to take towels from the house keeping cart in the hall almost daily. Sheets were not changed out ever. Shampoo bottle was empty when we arrived and remained empty for our whole visit. We also borrowed the broom to do our own sweeping.
