This hotel was lovely. We traveled with a 10 month old and they were kind to give us a room in the top floor so we had quiet away from the road noise. There are stairs (as this is common with architecture in AMS). The staff was attentive, kind and accomodative. The location of the hotel was great as well, walking distance to the lovely Jordaan neighbourhood and accessible to Trams.

Amazing at every turn. Best boutique experience
Upon arrival the staff greeted very warmly, check in was easy. We arrived early and knew the room was not ready. Was welcomed to have a beverage and food while waited. Wait was less than 30 minutes. The manager was an amazing gentleman, Stuart (English version). At every chance possible, he made us comfortable, welcome, and appreciated. He and the entire staff were always so friendly and accommodating. Coming down from the room or coming in we were always greeted and welcomed often with chit chat asking about our day/night out, sleep, or day to day things. We have never felt as comfortable in an accommodation, bar and the restaurant. All staff members were extremely well trained, knowing the details of different positions and could do them all (privileges permitting). The room was amazing, extremely modern, newly renovated, immaculately clean. Housekeeping came each day and did an amazing job. The restaurant operated at a 5 star level all the time. The menu had a great range of choices. Each dish/ serving cooked to perfection. If considering an elevated accommodation in Amsterdam, Morgan and Mees should be top of the list. Boutique hotel at it’s best.

We had a wonderful stay at Morgan & Mees! ALL of the staff were so friendly and knowledgeable, could not have been more helpful! We had breakfast and a dinner there; food was delicious, with a wide, varied menu. Our room was very clean, and bed was very comfortable! We would highly recommend staying here!

Gorgeous hotel, the deluxe bedroom certainly was up to expectations. Dinner was delicious and they catered for my allergy brilliantly. Staff very friendly and efficient.

I loved my room(#1). The tall ceilings, the bathroom details, the terrace out front. Every day of my 4 night stay I was provided with bottled water, snacks(complimentary)and came back to a room that was meticulously cleaned environment.

Great stay! Truly recommend. Room was spacious and clean. Service was fabolous. Breakfast (surcharge) was delicious. Shower was indulging.

Great location, just outside the Rings but easy walk or bike ride to most areas. Cannot say enough about the friendly staff. We arrived early and they made us feel welcome, and then moved us to a room with a balcony. Dining room was wonderful

Loved it! What a fab hotel! The room was lovely, comfy and clean. The restaurant was fab - breakfast was delicious and the staff were so friendly. We walked everywhere - it was about a twenty minute walk into the centre which was a nice distance to wander back, after dinner and a few drinks. We'd definitely stay again.

My go to in Amsterdam
I love Mogan & Mees. I travel to Amsterdam a fair bit for work, and always try and stay at M&M. All the rooms are super comfortable and well appointed. It isocated above the bar and restaurant which are equally as awesome (beware of the old fashioneds! Yummy but deadly). Book a stay you will not be disappointed.

Don’t book the smallest room 😊
Nice cosy hotel. Even though I read the description of the room I didn’t realize how small it actually was. It was a bit claustrophobic. The restaurant was pretty good though and the staff very hospitable.

Great location, the staff was super friendly, loved that there was a really good restaurant/bar downstairs but the reason I deducted a mark is because there are really steep stairs to get up to your room and then even in our room we had to go up & down a tiny steep staircase to get to bed (& restroom was downstairs), makes it a little tough in the middle of the night or if you've had a lot of fun out in Amsterdam...

Not the best position.
Not the best position, a good half hour walk to everything and on a busy intersection. The restaurant is good but always a struggle to find someone to help, no phone to call reception and very odd room set up.

Couples Stay At Hotel
Incredible stay. The hotel is small and boutique which gives you a chance to know the staff. We ended up at the bar every night because the bartender was awesome. Room was incredible. My only slight complaint is that it’s a bit far from things so plan on biking.

Kind of quirky room with a small sitting area on one level and a loft with the bed. We knew this when booking so we weren't surprised. Some might find it too quirky though. Staff was very nice.

Caro, mas vale o conforto!
O hotel tem poucos apartamentos, mas o que eu fiquei, o 1, era enorme. Composto de quarto, banheiro, sala e terraço, uma graça de quarto. O hotel funciona como bar e restaurante, e tem uma porta de vidro que divide os quartos da área publica, esse vidro barra completamente o som de la de baixo, não interferindo em nada o barulho. O único ponto negativo é que não tem elevador, então subir e descer com as malas pode ser complicado para quem está em outros andares mais acima. Como eu estava no primeiro, foi ok, pois ainda tive ajuda da Rose, que trabalha na recepção/restaurante que foi muito simpática e me ajudou a subir e descer as bagagens.Limpeza e organização excelentes!
