Extremely beautiful hotel with some inconveniences
Beautiful hotel and very nice and modern interior! A true delight for eyes. Unfortunately our room was not cleaned during our weekend stay (we had not asked to skip or come later or anything like it). The hotel didn’t particularly apologize for this either. In the night one of the bedside lamps would light on its own several times during the night. This led light had a modern touch only switch and it was not possible to turn it off manually. Location is central but our room was facing a busy restaurant street and in the weekend nights it was occasionally loud until 4am.. We stayed on 5th floor, On the lower floors it must have been even worse.

Hyvällä paikalla siisti hotelli. Kolmen hengen huoneessa oli kaikille hyvä sänky, ei mitään huonoja vuodesohvia. Hyvä ilmastointi hiljainen hotelli, vaikka keskeisellä vilkkaalla paikalla. Aamupalalla ruoka väneni nopeammin kuin sitä ehdittiin täyttää.

This property is right in the middle of a very touristy area which offers a lot of options to eat, party, and enjoy all that Amsterdam offers plus a grocery store is near by for necessities you forgot. The hotel is cute and the staff was very helpful. The bed was the only thing I wish was A bit softer, it was firm and I slept well for the most part but only when I slept on my back.

Conveniently located within a short walk of just about everything you want to see in Amsterdam but just far enough away from the craziness of the red light district Doesn't really have any "in hotel" dining, the bar/restaurant that is connected to the lobby is not affiliated and tbh the food & service is mediocore at best Staff at the hotel front desk is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the area. One of our 3 rooms in our group had a really overwhelming smell of sewage coming from the bathroom, staff immediately made accommodations to relocate those in this room - even though it was Kings Day weekend

Great sized room close to the Flower Market. Unfortunately our room was directly above the hotel’s Burger Bar which made sleeping a challenge until the bar closed. Despite the room description advising that it was sound proofed, there was a considerable amount of noise still hear in our room from passers by and the downstairs burger bar.

Stellar, caring & professional front desk staff's help in emergency. The room, location & hotel ammenities were comfortable & first class. Relative quiet despite popular location, Front desk provided immediate, professional help after my fall across the street resulting in a very boken arm Upon my entry to lobby several front desk staff dedicated themselves to my care & comfort while providing very accurate & useful info re accessing local emergency room services. They arranged a taxi to immediately take us to hospital and upon my return to hotel several hours later contued to offer help & inquire regardng our needs. The following day they graciously provided detail cocierge service to re book our flight home and to cancel remaining portions of our trip. Also they volunteered refund of hotel charges for nights we would not use. We could not have had more attentive personal service. We highly recommend this hotel and commend its training & staff.

Good sized room close to a lot of areas of interest. We did not like not having at least a bar in the actual hotel and had to go into the burger bar for a drink although we were allowed to take them into the hotel

Room extremely small.Beds and pillows were good. Conceirge And front desk staff unable to make recommendations for restaurants or give clear directions. Went on a wild goose chase looking for a breakfast place upon their suggestion, and stumbled into a very nice place we found on our own. Walking back to hotel, within a few blocks, we came across a small town square surrounded by restaurants the hotel never mentioned to us. The restaurant attached to the hotel claims it’s has rewards for its hamburgers. It was loud, small bar tables not suitable for a meal and the hamburgers weren’t “award winning” quality. Menu limited. The hotel advertises it self as flower market location - well it’s a few vendors selling a lot of seeds and bulbs, some fresh plants and a lot of souvenir stuff. Hotel is city center which means a lot of traffic!! Caution!

The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. However, I was surprised to not find a top hotel lock on my hotel door. Also, walls are definitely not sound proof.

Stayed 6 nights in a junior suite which is quite spacious. The hotel is at the best location to most attractions by walking with very friendly and helpful staffs. There are endless dining options around. Hotel breakfast was excellent with great variety but it was exactly the same everyday which we got little tired after three days. It would be really lovely if there are some daily variations of the menu especially with the hot food :) Overall, we enjoyed it so much and will definitely come back & recommend to friends and family!

reception is nice Location is great Decoration is cozy and modern One room has been upgraded to balcony thanks and my parents love it Three opportunities 1. Room is a bit dark - one more on top lighting will be better 2. AC in the room causes noise 3. Breakfast is ok but not a little bit behind the nh central near the museum
