Response time at the gate when arriving by a hotel approved taxi was dreadful. Driver rang more than 5 times, then resorted to dialing the number listed at the gate with no response. Female guest riding in the taxi had to get out, enter the hotel find reception on the 2nd floor (no one available on the 1st floor), wait in line at reception to finally get someone to open the gate for the taxi, then go back down to the 1st floor to retrieve luggage. No trolleys or bell hop available to assist.
This morning, we waited on the phone for at least 10 minutes to find out the check out time (our flight was delayed) before anyone answered the phone. No info in room or easily available on hotel app.
For the exorbitant room rate and restaurant rates charged at this hotel, surely someone could be hired to answer the phone in a timely manner or to use technology to provide timely back up when phones are ringing.
Not a satisfied customer!!!!!
