”We had a reservation of an 56 size room with king bed and a Nile view. As we did our check in, we were placed to a room with a partial Nile view, no king bed and size of only 28. As I asked about it, the response was that this is the room I booked. Next day after I wrote an first impression review, a manager had tried to contact the room to talk about it . After 2 nights we were able to have a room with a Nile view and king bed but still the size of the room was half of what we had booked. The...

”Room was clean but elements were untidy such as the finish around the bath. The pool was filthy, there was green algae growing on all the pool walls, as such I didn’t use it. Staff were friendly but service around the pool was very slow. Reception staff were excellent and helpful. Location was great, easy to walk into town and along the Marina ”

”The location is great, just two minutes from the Luxor temple. Unfortunately, the room I got was dirty, below the bed was so much dust that I couldn't breathe properly. The soap dispenser are broken. My room was next to café/ bar where people talk until 3 AM, very noise, I had a hard time sleeping. The staff was ok.”

”The staff was very helpful and made us feel most welcome. The place was clean and the breakfast was good. I really appreciated that they would not allow us to tip because it made the experience feel more comfortable. Tipping culture in Egypt can be crazy. Our room was very nice and having the two bedrooms was wonderful for our family.”

”First we had a small room without balcony although I had booked a Nile view room. But we got a huge room with a balcony overlooking the amazing garden. The hotel is a bit rundown but lovely. Breakfast was excellent. All in all wonderful three days”
