”We had a reservation of an 56 size room with king bed and a Nile view. As we did our check in, we were placed to a room with a partial Nile view, no king bed and size of only 28. As I asked about it, the response was that this is the room I booked. Next day after I wrote an first impression review, a manager had tried to contact the room to talk about it . ”It is located at the edge of the Valley of the Kings. There is an unobstructed and wonderful view of the mountains. The entry area is spacious and decorated nicely. The rooms have high ceilings and are equiped with fans or A/C units and have good bath and kitchen areas. The residential area is teaming with the life of Luxor and you are enveloped by the sounds for the call to prayer throughout the day and evening. Being there is an enriching experience. ”

”This is an average looking hotel, but there are aspects which are five star....the staff, the service, the attitude, the hospitality, the welcome. I've been travelling five months through South America and Europe and this hotel was the BEST one I've stayed in. They bend over backwards to serve you and to make you comfortable. It was wonderful. ”Great Stay in Luxor, honestly for being in Egypt, its pretty decent especially; A/C, comfy bed, refrigerator, balcony; its not bad. Shower, sink and toilet area is decent but leaks at times (the seal in the shower area and door does not completely closed) however it does function and it doesn’t take away from you using the bathroom.
Great Service (family owned) so you can ask them anything and they will provide to you! Extra toilet paper and shower shampoo gels you’ll have to ask for....
