”We stayed 3 nights to visit family for an 80th birthday! This rental was perfect! Gives you beach vibes- Beautiful and very clean and organized. Quiet neighborhood and beach is literally 4/5 houses down! The Oxnard area gave me a feeling of laid back friendly welcoming neighbors. The owner's were easy to contact and responsive. ”

”Beautiful view, very comfortable for our extended family, large open concept floor plan with plenty of seating. The freeway noise was noticeable while on the deck, but we couldn’t hear the freeway inside the house. The neighborhood was very quiet. We would definitely stay here again. ”

”Everything about this space was perfect for our family (grown adult kids and spouses.) Spacious, awesome location, quiet, comfortable beds, lots of king size beds, ample room in the kitchen and living area. We appreciated the extras like the tar-cleaning station, boogie boards, lots of towels to use. Highly recommend! ”

”Brought elderly (80+) parents and kids for a short getaway. The location was “senior friendly” (bedrooms on first floor, steps to the sand and nice umbrella and table to eat outdoors) and “teen friendly” (beach, sand, games) — everyone had a wonderful time. Had a small hiccup during check-in and called the realty company and I was SUPER impressed by the person who helped me on the phone. She was helpful, kind and patient. (Thank you!) Several places we have stayed claimed to be steps away from the beach but this was legitimately "steps away from the beach." The location really felt like we were way out of town but we were actually just 10 miles away from every place you would need for shopping. The beach felt like a private beach as well. There was no one else within 100 yards of us on either side. The condo itself...
