”This trip is the 3rd time we have rented from Beatrix! We are a family of 5 with 3 kids under 8. I love this villa. The layout plus the screened on area gives us places to spread out while the kids play. I really appreciate the private outdoor shower when coming back from the beach and that there is a door we can close between bedrooms and the main living area. It makes mornings and nights so much better!Our kids also used the outdoor screened porch a lot. They enjoyed seeing cranes and ducks...

”This was a fantastic location, a block from the beach which allow dogs. The villa was as advertised and was extremely well stocked from the kitchen utensils, paper goods, and even a beach wagon, chairs and canopy. Neighborhood is very quiet and low traffic. Easy commute to downtown St. Augustine and SA beach. Glenn, the host, quickly responded to questions and made sure our arrival and access was quick and easy.
