”The house was comfortable and what I expected. The host responded to all my messages and addressed any issues except one. The freezer did not work. The host sent maintenance to service the freezer. She could not fix the problem but stated that someone would come out on Monday. No one ever should. We were without freezer during the stay. Food and popsicles in freezer did not freeze and had to be discarded.”

”Got there and the beach had piles and piles of sorghum stacked up. Couldn’t stand being outside. Throat burnt and eyes watered. The worst smell I’ve ever smelled.”
