”The hotel was great and very clean. We liked the room and service at the hotel. Breakfast was excellent and food was also good. Kids loved the pool and we spend a lot of time there. The location is a little remote if not going to Balos beach, in what case it the location is the best possible everything else is a little bid away from the hotel. The beach by the hotel is not nice though, it is rocky and looks unfinished so basicly there is no good beach closer than Balos. ”

"Hotelli oli varsin siisti ja henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä. Aamiainen oli todella monipuolinen, runsas ja mukana paikallisia herkkuja, vaihtuvat makeat ja kuohuviini. Sijainti myös loistava, vanhankaupungin ja bussiaseman kupeessa. Parvekkeen ovi piti suurimman kaupungin hälyn ulkopuolella. "
"This hotel has a really good spa with gym, saunas and jacuzzi. Rooms are very modern, soacious and clean but the bed is extrmely hard. The buffet restaurant was more tyan enough for us for the weekend - they have extremely wide range of varieties on table and the selection changes day to day. But the staff was absolutely lost with allergy information and they had my wife eat food with nuts and almonds several times although she kept asking if it was safe ot not. Very poor job on several occasions from the restaurant staff. Otjer than that it was a very nice and relaxing stay! "

"Erittäin tyylikäs ja tasokas hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla. Sängyt, vuodevaatteet ja kylpyhuone ensiluokkaisia. Aamupala poikkeuksellisen hyvä. Tarjoilijat todella ammattitaitoisia.
Huone oli iso, mutta tuntui kuin olisin akvaariossa isojen ikkunoiden takia. Terassi oli vaatimaton. Talon ympärillä oli jatkuvasti hälinää. Housekeeping kävi kolmesti (!) päivässä. Olisin toivonut rauhallisemman ja yksityisen hotelliloman."
"Hieno 10 päivän lomareissu. Päivitimme puolessa välissä majoitusta all inclusive plussaan, mikä lisäsi palvelun laatua entisestään ja toi lisäalennuksia; henkilökunta mm. järjesti pojallemme syntymäpäivät koristeluineen ja kakkuineen. Animation team oli loistava ja he viihdyttivät ja peluuttivat esiteinejämme aamusta iltaan. Ruoka oli monipuolista ja neljä ravintolaa sekä allasbaarit tarjosivat kaikille kaikkia. Palvelu hymyilevää ja ystävällistä. Huone oli joka päivä hyvin siivottu ja huonepalvelu toi tarjolle hedelmiä ja erilaisia juomia. Paljon urheilumahdollisuuksia. 10/10."
