”The only sore point was we couldn’t use the pool or hot tub because you had to book in advance. The rest was great.”

”The beds do not have mattress covers. We got a bloody mattress. We got a new room which was not much better. The rooms are not clean. By the pool the ceiling was leaking. The tub was slippery and would not drain properly. The towels were stained. Very disgusting hotel. Would never stay here again. One male staff stated that the hotels in California are worse which was quite rude.”

”The hotel was clean and staff were pleasant. Short walk to the Alaska Railroad and ulu knife store. No onsite restaurant or bar and the closest one was a bit a of walk, but doable”

”The man at the front desk when we checked in may 21, 2026 around 4:30ish pm was the best. He went out of his way to explain parking to me. His explanation should be included in the voyager inn website because it is a complete picture of your options. The website just says public parking - let me tell you the parking availability is dicey. You must pay the meter when you street park. Check the rules or u will be ticketed. The lot across the street that is for parking services has time limits...

”Upon check in there was food all over the floor and the room smelled. The front desk staff and house keeping were amazing and super helpful. The hotel is a bit dated which is fine but almost everything in the room was broken. Door didn’t shut properly, ac cover was hanging off, lamp shade was mangled. The sheets are HORRIBLE paper thin and little pill balls all over., it felt like sleeping in sandpaper.. for over 300 for the night I expected a bit more. The motel 6 is nicer in my opinion”

”I am not one to leave negative reviews leaving this here until I get a refund I was denied. Staff was nice and friendly. Called and was told Pool and HOT TUB were working Came in late went to pool Hot tub was not operational asked a staff member they said had been out of commission for quite awhile We picked this hotel for distance from the air port and specifically because it had a hot tub. Exposed ripped out sheetrock over the hot tub with exposed beam with what appears to be BLACK MOLD....
