Pet friendly, fully-fenced, super safe, extremely comfortable near hospitals!

Private 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom home in the desired Sand Lake area in Anchorage!
You will have half of a side-by-side duplex with your own driveway, covered front sitting area, and separate deck with privacy divider in a shared, fully fenced backyard.

The unit itself has a large bedroom with king-sized bed and private door opening to your own backyard deck (blackout curtains of course!). The kitchen has everything you need, from a full-sized refrigerator and Insta-Pot to can opener and cooking essentials to get you started when you arrive. The living room includes a sleeper sofa with built-in air mattress, recliners, and FireTV to log-in to your favorite apps.

There is a shared utility room attached to your unit which holds modern front-loading washer and dryer, iron w/ ironing board, and extra cleaning supplies you can use. Laundry is available to those staying one week or longer, or by request as it's the landlord's only access to the backyard to let the dog out. You have access to the yard through the French doors in the bedroom.

We live in the other half of the duplex and are just a door knock or text away. We also lived the travel nurse life for 5+ years before deciding to settle down for a while, so we understand what you care about. Our house is less than 9 miles from Alaska Native Medical Center, Providence, and Alaska Regional Hospitals.

We are dog friendly and have a 70-pound pup ourselves. All pets must be approved prior and stipulation that they must get along with our dog since the backyard is shared. Sorry, no cats due to allergies.

We ask that you please do not clean fish on the property as the smell can attract bears. Thank you!
