”Unfortunately, the room I reserved was not available and I was placed in a substitute room that did not meet my needs. I was not informed about the substitute until I returned to the desk to check out. The staff apologized profusely. The GM assured me that I would not be charged. I wished it could have worked out because I was looking forward to the amenities.”

”Friendly staff clean environment excellent breakfast coffee 24/7 with hot water for tea. Bed is comfortable bathroom was clean. It’s our favorite place to stay when we come to Anchorage. Five stars all the way.”
