”Very classy. You have an entire flat. It is spacious by UK standards. Kitchen is well appointed. The inside and outside are restored in fine detail - everything works and everything upscale. If we were coming for a month, the Ulsterville Residence would’ve been a great apartment from which to travel. Sound insulation between flats was outstanding - rather unique in an urban setting. Parking was readily available and very safe. Neighbors were friendly. Full marks - across the board.”

”Hotel originally selected based on location, price and availability for a short 2 night stay for first time in Belfast. Upon being greeted at door upon our arrival we realized this was going to be like no other place we have stayed before in any city. ”The room was nice. We had a king size bed (American sized) and a fold out hide a bed (bigger than a twin American, but smaller than a double) for our child to sleep in. They advertise that there’s more than one restaurant, but there’s only one. The food was average, nothing special, but also you know just pretty satisfactory. Also, it’s not really located in the heart of things. It’s definitely on the outskirts so getting an Uber took a while. I’d say stay here if you want a nice comfortable...

”Very spacious room and shower room. Comfortable bed. Nice bar with good food downstairs. Automated check in with a free beer! If you have mobility issues then best specify when booking as there are a lot of stairs to upper bedrooms. Ideal location with Botanic rail station opposite. All in all an ideal place to stay in Belfast”

”This is not a run of the mill-hotel, it's a House with a personality. The staff at the reception was simply great; friendly and informative, with a smile. The room, never seen such efficient curtains, made the room really dark. The shower arrangements in the bathroom reminded me of a Bulgarian chemical plant, though with fewer levers. My long-haired daughter had to rinse her hair at the handbasin, due to the weak flow of water from the shower nozzle. The room was situated just beside the lift,...
