”The hotel itself is very nice, the staff are friendly, and overall we had a great stay. The room was excellent the bed was very comfortable, and everything was clean, quiet, and well maintained. The staff at reception and throughout the hotel were very helpful and welcoming. One downside is that for a 4-star hotel you need to book the pool in advance because it’s shared with a gym club. ”This place is a true gem, absolutely recommended. A spacious room, comfortable bed(s), powerful shower, very good breakfast and extremely nice service that leaves you with a feeling that both the customer and the hotel itself are taken good care of. Location also very convenient near the university and Botanical Garden: the street in front of the hotel is quiet, but there are dozens of restaurants within a walk of a minute of two.”

”This is not a run of the mill-hotel, it's a House with a personality. The staff at the reception was simply great; friendly and informative, with a smile. The room, never seen such efficient curtains, made the room really dark. The shower arrangements in the bathroom reminded me of a Bulgarian chemical plant, though with fewer levers. My long-haired daughter had to rinse her hair at the handbasin, due to the weak flow of water from the shower nozzle. The room was situated just beside the lift,...

”The staff was wonderful and it was a great location. I was only disappointed that there were some basic ammenities missing. No mini-fridge or even basic wash cloths. The staff was helpful at every turn and the lack of fridge was on me for not noticing but not having wash cloths or an iron/steamer in the room just seemed like a basic necessity that was missing. Having said this, the price was right and I would likely stay there again but be more prepared for the things that were missing. ”
